Refund Policy
TAAR offers a 7-Day Checking Money Back Warranty on all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged item, you can return the product within 7 days to receive a refund of the product amount (excluding shipping charges).
- Damaged Product on Arrival:
If your item arrives damaged, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Product Warranty
All TAAR products are backed by a 1-Year Warranty, regardless of the product series.
To initiate a warranty claim:
- You must ship the product back to us.
- Once received, we will inspect the product within 2 business days.
- If approved, a replacement unit will be dispatched immediately.

Damaged Product on Delivery
Although all TAAR products undergo strict quality checks, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Please contact us at orders@connectwithtaar.com with a clear photo of the product.
- Once confirmed by our team, and after we receive the returned item, a replacement will be shipped following inspection.
Customized Cable Return
- Customized cables are made specifically to order and are not eligible for returns, unless the item is faulty.
- In case of a defective custom cable, we will provide a replacement after inspection.
Refunds Will Not Be Provided If:
- The customer violates TAAR’s terms of service.
The product is damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or improper installation.
